Aldo Pineschi Scholarship

As a founding member of the Leadership Roseville Steering Committee, Aldo Pineschi was committed to preparing the next generation of leaders in Roseville and Placer County. Aldo was also a champion of non-profit organizations and small businesses in our community.

The Aldo Pineschi Scholarship will be awarded to a Leadership Roseville applicant who may not otherwise be able to afford the program’s tuition. In selecting a scholarship recipient, the Leadership Roseville Steering Committee will prioritize applicants who work for non-profit organizations, own small businesses, or who embody Aldo’s example of selfless community service, or servant leadership.

Aldo Pineschi helped found the Leadership Roseville program and served on its steering committee from its inception in 1996 until his passing in 2024.

A lifelong Roseville resident, Aldo was a revered community leader, an influential political and business consultant, and a selfless humanitarian. As a small business owner, Aldo provided consulting under the self-titled ‘Aldo Pineschi Consulting.’ He specialized in local, non-partisan campaigns, ballot measures, and community fundraising.

Aldo was known for his humble demeanor, preferring to work behind the scenes to support many causes and non-profits in our community.  If there was a scholarship fund, local community group, or non-profit, Aldo was almost certainly involved in helping to make it more successful.

Aldo had a unique understanding of the fabric of Placer County. Over his 40-year career, he connected hundreds of people and organizations to ensure collaboration occurred that positively affected the community. His efforts led to multiple projects and programsthat have and will continue to improve Roseville and Placer County into the future.
